Delete Account Policy

Users may delete their account from within the app by selecting:

Profile → Settings → Delete

Account

Or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line Delete My Account and including the email address associated with the account.

Once processed, the user’s account and profile information will be permanently deleted except for records required by law or financial regulations. Requests are typically completed within 30 days.
