Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy for Card Game ($12.99)

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if: 

  • The card game is unopened (original plastic seal intact). 
  • The request is made within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.  

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged card games.
  • Items returned after 30 days of purchase.
  • Products without proof of purchase.  

3. Return Process

Step 1:

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2:

If eligible, we’ll provide a return address. Ship the unopened game to this address. 

Step 3:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for lost return packages

4. Refunds

  • Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund for the product price ($12.99) within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping fees (if paid) and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • – Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product (subject to stock).
  • Follow the return process above. Once we receive your unopened game, we’ll ship the replacement. You will not incur additional shipping fees for the replacement item. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your game arrives damaged or defective, email: [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll ship a free replacement (no return needed).  

7. Non-Returnable Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
